St. John Bosco Educational Trust Our Program

We begin giving educational assistance to students when they are in primary school. They are enrolled in good quality Catholic boarding schools.

In Kenya, students complete primary school and junior secondary school at the end of the nineth grade. We send our academically gifted primary school graduates to good quality Catholic boarding high schools. These are students whom we expect to advance to college.

Our high school graduates are placed in polytechnics, colleges and universities. In their senior year of high school, they take an aptitude test and undergo career counseling. We steer the students to demanding fields where they will find employment. Such fields include: nursing, clinical medicine, teaching, social work, renewable energy, IT and engineering.
